A reporter from a Fox station reported the slight smell of ‘weed’ in the air at an Obama victory rally. I can’t help but wonder if they all inhailed. If they were in Arkansas they probably didn’t ;) The reporter also said that with all the ‘love’ in the air, he’s expecting a lot of little ones in about 9 months from November 4th. All this in honor of our President elect.
I hope your Halloween went well last night. Ours did until we turned off our porch light. That’s supposed to be a sign that you’re out of candy, or it was when I was a kid anyway. We didn’t turn the porch light off until about 9 pm and figured all the little kids were at home pigging out on candy by then anyway. Well the little ones might have been but the teenagers weren’t.
I had a kid that was at least 6 ft. 2 in. knock on my door. He had a great costume but when I asked him how old he was, he got pissed and told me it was none of my ‘friggin’ business but he didn’t say friggin. I told him to go buy his own candy and closed the door. BIG mistake. I’m sure it was him that took a crap in a paper bag and lit it on fire on my porch. When I saw the flames, of course I stomped it out. Another BIG mistake. Now I have crap everywhere and I see him at the road laughing his rear end off.
When you’re taller than the person your ‘Trick-or-Treating’ from, it’s time to stop. Well that’s my opinion anyway. I guess he didn’t get a treat so he decided I needed a trick. HA HA, real funny.
You have heard the saying ‘The only difference between men and boys is the size and price of their toys’ I bet. Well it’s true I have to admit. I do love my toys. I also like to go fast so I’m looking into buying an audi turbo for my car.
I couldn’t decide if I wanted a turbocharger or a supercharger and wasn’t really sure of the difference. Well I found out from their site the main difference is in the power supply. This site even helps you decide what you really need for you car. They explain the advantages and disadvantages of both the turbocharger and supercharger. I think I’ll go with the supercharger.

This has to be the cutest story I have heard about in a long time when it comes to fish stories but this one is totally true. It seems a man had taken his granddaughter fishing in the pond behind his house. She had her 30″ pink Babri fishing pole and had caught 3 or 4 blue gills. She asked her grandpa to hold her fishing pole while she went to the ‘little girls room’.
Just as any good grandpa would have done, there he stood holding his granddaughters little pink Barbi fishing pole when all of a sudden, the cork went under and he saw the water around it boil. It took him 25 minutes to land the fish and when he did, it was a North Carolina State Channel Catfish record fish. The fish weighed 21 pounds and 1 ounce and was 32 inches long. That’s 2 inches longer than the pink Barbi fishing pole it was caught on. It measured 22 1/2 around the girth too. What a fishing story.
Well it’s the first Saturday since schools started and you would think the kids had been held captive all week long. They’re everywhere more than I have seen them in the past three weeks before school started back. I guess they were getting bored and staying inside until they had to go back to school. Now they’re at every basketball court, playground and fast food restaurant around.
I think it might have something to do with they’re like the rest of us and realizing that the weather will be changing pretty soon and we’ll be stuck inside for sure once old man winter shows his ugly head. Oh well, they better enjoy it while they can I guess. I know I did when I was in school. I sure wish I was back in high school, not really!!!
